We want you to love your new home essentials, but if your Hug Rug isn't the perfect fit, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. All items must be in their original, unused condition to qualify for processing.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Pack Your Rug
Carefully roll your rug and place it back in its original packaging or a similar protective wrap to prevent damage during transit.
Attach the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Refund
Hand your package to the designated carrier; once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be issued within 5-7 business days.
